Rules for using the Tubre marketplace
By creating an account, posting a listing, sending a message, reporting content, purchasing a paid service, or using the Tubre website or app, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Tubre is a listing and communication platform. Tubre does not own the listed goods or services and is not a direct party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
Accepting these terms
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use Tubre. Your use of the service means you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional rules shown in the product.
Some features, such as messages, notifications, premium services, shop accounts, or payments, may show additional terms or explanations. Using those features means you accept those explanations as well.
Accounts and security
Some features require an account through a mobile number or supported sign-in method. You are responsible for accurate account information, contact methods, and activity through your account.
You must not use another person's account, create a false identity, bypass restrictions, access systems without permission, sell or transfer an account without permission, or use Tubre for fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.
If you believe your account has been used without permission, contact support promptly.
Listings and user content
Listings must be real, accurate, available for trade, placed in the correct category, and free from misleading photos, videos, or descriptions. You are responsible for content you submit in listings, profiles, reels, messages, and reports.
By submitting content to Tubre, you allow Tubre to use it to operate the service, display listings, power search, share listing links, review quality, promote content inside Tubre, and provide support.
Tubre may review, reject, limit, display-edit, disable, or remove content that violates rules, is duplicated, invalid, suspicious, harmful, inappropriate, or risky for users.
Prohibited behavior and goods
Illegal listings, prohibited goods, abusive or deceptive content, impersonation, intellectual property infringement, spam, unauthorized data collection, attempts to break security, harassment, threats, money laundering, and fraud are not allowed.
Users must not use contact details, messages, or listing data for unwanted advertising, unrelated sales, user harassment, or activity that damages marketplace trust.
- Goods that are prohibited or require a license may not be listed without valid authorization.
- Listings must describe price, condition, ownership, and transaction terms honestly.
- Dangerous links, files, or messages that could harm users are prohibited.
Transactions, payments, and premium services
Buyers and sellers are responsible for checking the item, price, ownership, authenticity, location, delivery method, payment, and any agreement between them. Before paying or handing over an item, verify details and trade in a safe place.
If Tubre offers paid services such as listing boosts, shop packages, featured placements, or advertising, the price, duration, display terms, and limits for that service will be shown at purchase.
Buying a paid service does not guarantee a sale, permanent ranking, or approval of content that violates rules. The listing must still comply with Tubre's rules and may be removed or limited if it violates them.
Reports, suspension, and enforcement
Tubre may review user reports, technical signals, account history, and submitted content to detect violations. Outcomes may include warnings, content removal, feature limits, account suspension, or preventing a listing from being published.
If you believe a decision was incorrect, send a review request through the contact page and include the listing or account identifier.
Availability, responsibility, and changes
Tubre works to provide a stable service, but parts of the service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical errors, product changes, network issues, or events outside Tubre's control.
To the extent permitted by law, Tubre is not responsible for losses from user-to-user transactions, inaccurate information provided by users, off-platform conduct, or use that violates these terms.
Tubre may update these terms. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the service after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
