Privacy for people using the Tubre marketplace
To provide a usable marketplace, Tubre needs some account, listing, media, messaging, and product usage information. We use that information to operate the service, protect users, provide support, improve the product, and meet legal obligations.
Tubre does not sell users' personal information. Public listing information and contact methods you choose to display may be visible to other users.
Information we collect
To create and manage accounts, we may collect a mobile number, first and last name, optional email, profile image, account type, shop name, and contact methods such as WhatsApp or Telegram.
To publish and display listings, we store title, description, category, price, currency, province or location, photos, videos, item or service attributes, and listing status.
For messages and reports, we keep message content, attachments, voice notes, listing identifiers, read status, and abuse reports so the product can function and support can review issues.
Usage, device, and cookie data
When you use Tubre, we may record pages viewed, searches, interactions with listings or reels, IP address, browser or device type, language, accessibility settings, selected city, and technical error data.
The website may use cookies and local storage for login sessions, language, city, appearance, accessibility preferences, and security. If essential cookies are disabled, parts of the service may not work correctly.
How we use information
We use information to create accounts, authenticate users, show listings, power search and filters, deliver messages, save listings, send notifications, review reports, provide support, and protect the marketplace.
Product usage events may be used to rank results, recommend relevant content, improve categories, analyze product quality, detect errors, and prevent abuse.

Listing details, photos, videos, display name, account type, shop name, and selected contact methods may be shown to other users.
Limited information may be shared with technical providers such as hosting, media storage, error analysis, notification delivery, or payment processing providers only to operate the service.
We may preserve, use, or disclose necessary information in response to valid legal requests, to enforce the terms, investigate abuse, prevent harm, protect users, or defend Tubre's rights.
Retention and security
Information is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain accounts, display or archive listings, handle reports, meet legal requirements, prevent abuse, or resolve disputes.
We use technical controls and limited access to protect accounts, media, and service data, but no online transmission or storage method is completely risk-free.
Your choices and rights
You can update profile information and contact methods in your account, edit or remove your listings, and adjust notification and accessibility settings.
To request access, correction, account deletion, information about your data, or to raise a privacy concern, contact [email protected] or use the contact page. We may verify your identity before acting to protect your account.
If public listing information has been saved by search engines or other users, removing it from Tubre may not immediately remove copies outside Tubre's control.
Children and policy changes
Tubre is not designed for use by young children. If you believe a child submitted personal information without permission, contact support so we can review it.
This policy may be updated. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Continuing to use Tubre after changes are published means you accept the updated policy.
